Feb. 4th:  Estates – another attempted burglary at another residence in the Estates.  This time the thief was scared off by a neighbor.

Jan. 28th:  64th & 137th original PP area – a car was broken into and several items stolen. 

Jan. 9th:  Estates – a home was broken into and small items were taken.  It was believed that the thief was on foot as nothing large was stolen. 

Jan. 1st or 2nd:   Estates – Car broken into and items stolen.

9/1/09, 4 p.m.:  In an attempt to flee a felony warrant, a young male in a green Jetta brought a stream of Sheriffs and fire trucks speeding down 65th.  The chase, which started in Everett, ended successfully here with an arrest.  The male had no known connection to our neighborhood and there was no resulting property damage to PPHOA.

Sunday, 7/19/09, 12:30-1:30 a.m.:  A car parked in the driveway of a home in Parkside was vandalized; a luggage rack cover was broken off.  The Sheriff was called and the incident reported.

Friday, 6/12/09, around 12 midnight:  3-4 young men threw a rock through a window of a home on 136th, sprayed gasoline on the lawn and attempted to set fire.  The Sheriff was called and the incident reported.

4/27/09:  Day-light break in, ransacking and robbery of home on 136th, just outside PPHOA boundary.  Alarm disabled.   Incident reported to Sheriff.

4/3/09, between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.:  Daylight break in, ransacking and robbery of a home in the Estates.  Black Acura with tinted windows was noticed by neighbors.  The Sheriff was called, the incident reported and investigation ongoing.
