The Picnic Point HOA directory is available to all association members via email, and is updated continually.  The directory is an 8 page excel file, including a cover page and neighborhood lot map.

To request an updated copy sent via email,  email pphoa@msn.com.  One paper copy will be made available per year to homeowners without email access, upon request only.  To insure privacy, the directory will be sent only to email addresses that are on file with the PPHOA property manager.
